Lexington Christian Academy is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, comprised of school parents. The "Board" makes short and long-term decisions affecting the operation and goals of the school. Through committee work and the monthly Board meetings, these dedicated men and women guide the direction of the school and its policies. Each board member participates in at least one of the following committees:

Education - The education committee approves curriculum, proposes policies, and establishes the overall academic framework as reflected in the school's mission.
Facilities - The facilities committee is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Rose Campus as well as serve as the liaison with the facility leadership of the housing churches.
Finance - The finance committee prepares the budget, provides oversight to the fiscal management of the school and proposes annual tuition rates.
Personnel - The personnel committee is responsible for all personnel policies, salary, and benefits, approval of faculty contracts, and organizational accountability.
Spiritual Life - The spiritual life committee provides oversight of the school's chapel and outreach programs as well as recommending programs and policies that encourage faculty, students, and parents in their personal walk with the Lord.
