Lexington Christian Academy believes that its faculty is the "living curriculum". As such, every step is taken to provide adult role models who profess and actively practice their Christian faith. In addition, every faculty member is professionally prepared to provide the finest possible education for their students.

Here are just a few "Faculty Facts":

  • Every faculty member professes Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior.
  • Each member of the faculty meets the certification standards set forth by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Kentucky Non-Public Schools Association.
  • All faculty members teach in their major area of preparation.
  • 53% of the faculty hold master's degrees or higher.
  • Another 10% of the faculty have completed graduate work in anticipation of a master's degree.
  • The average number of years of teaching experience is 11.
  • The average number of years that teachers have taught at LCA is 5.
